2:00pm - 5:00pm: Hospitality Desk Opens | Registration: Flagler Hall

6:00pm - 8:30pm: Welcome/Networking Reception: Resort Lawn & Pool Area

Please wear business casual attire (jeans are permitted). The Resort Lawn & Pool Area is located to the back of the resort on the other side of STIR and Temple Orange Restaurant 

June 3rd, Day Two: One-to-One Meetings Begin

7:15am - 8:15am: Networking Breakfast: Ocean 1 & 2 Terrace

8:15am – 9:15am: Keynote: Grand Ballroom Salon 1

9:30am – 12:10pm: One-to-One Appointments: Grand Ballroom Salon 2 & 3

12:20pm – 1:20pm: Networking Lunch: Ocean 1 & 2 - Terrace

1:30pm – 4:10pm: One-to-One Appointments: Grand Ballroom Salon 2 & 3

4:10pm – 6:15pm: Rest & Relaxation: Enjoy the Resort

6:15pm – 9:00pm: Networking Activity & Reception: The National Croquet Center


Please wear business casual attire and comfortable shoes. Ladies, please do not wear heels! Buses will be leaving from the Hotel Lobby at 6PM for a 10-15 minute bus ride. Buses will then return to the resort starting at 9PM from the National Croquet Center. 

June 4th, Day Three: One-to-One Meetings Continue

8:30am – 9:30am: Networking Breakfast: Ocean 1& 2 Terrace  

9:45am – 12:25pm: One-to-One Appointments: Grand Ballroom Salon 2 & 3

12:35pm – 1:35pm: Networking Lunch: Ocean 1 & 2 Terrace

1:45pm – 3:30pm: One-to-One Appointments: Grand Ballroom Salon 2 & 3

3:30pm – 7:00pm: Rest & Relaxation: Enjoy the Resort

7:00pm - 9:00pm: Farewell Reception & Dinner: Courtyard Lawn & Tranquility Pool

Please wear business casual attire. The Courtyard Lawn & Tranquility Pool is located to the right of the hotel lobby & resort, heading towards the fitness center 

June 5th, Day Four: Departures
